Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 June 2026. These terms govern use of qr-ify.ai, including static QR generation, editable Dynamic QR codes, AI QR Art, scan analytics, accounts, REST API access, and billing.
Acceptable use
Users are responsible for the content encoded in their QR codes, AI prompts, generated landing pages, and destinations. You must not use the service for phishing, malware, illegal content, deceptive redirects, harassment, security abuse, or activity that violates third-party rights. We may suspend or remove accounts, QR codes, API keys, or generated assets when needed to protect users, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
AI features
AI QR Art uses Fal.ai for image generation. Landing page drafts and weekly scan summaries use Microsoft Azure OpenAI. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, visually inconsistent, or fail scan validation. The product runs scan validation where supported, but you remain responsible for testing QR codes before printing, publishing, or relying on them in production campaigns.
Billing and overage
Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected Stripe billing interval and can be cancelled before the next billing period. Paid tiers include monthly AI generation caps. If you exceed the included cap, qr-ify.ai asks for explicit overage confirmation before billing additional AI generations at the displayed per-generation price.
Availability and liability
We provide the service with commercially reasonable care, but QR redirects, third-party providers, AI models, payment systems, and network infrastructure may be unavailable or delayed. To the extent permitted by law, qr-ify.ai is not responsible for printing costs, lost campaigns, lost revenue, or indirect damages caused by unavailable, misconfigured, or untested QR codes.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For legal, privacy, or account questions, contact support@qr-ify.ai.
